Rochelle Smalls, MBA

Rochelle P. Smalls, MBA holds a strong passion for helping others through educational outreach. Her passion has led to a successful background in the nonprofit industry. Currently she serves as the Executive Director for the American Lung Association in Georgia supporting fund development through special events such as the LUNG FORCE 5K Run/ Walk and Fight for Air Climb Atlanta.

Previously, she worked with the American Heart Association executing development initiatives created to spread the mission of improved health. While supporting the Metro Atlanta Heart Walk, Northwest Georgia Heart Walk & 5k Run, Atlanta Heart Ball, Atlanta Go Red for Women Luncheon, and the Metro Atlanta Executive Leadership Breakfast; she has become well versed with the executives and businesses of the Metro Atlanta Area.

Prior to the American Heart Association, she served the youth of Metro Atlanta through the Atlanta Area Council’s Boy Scouts of America. Focused on fund development, membership, volunteer recruitment and engagement; she learned all aspects of a successful nonprofit.

Rochelle grew up in Georgia and earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast & Electronic Media and Master of Business Administration from Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville, Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading and spending quality time with her family and friends.
