Karen L. Morris is the founding partner of Morris and Morris LLC, a law firm based in Wilmington, Delaware with a national practice focusing on antitrust and corporate litigation. Ms. Morris has been active in major pharmaceutical company litigation including governance and compliance reform focused on quality control and reporting.

Ms. Morris has been active in community work with specific attention to the delivery of healthcare in the public school system and, at the national level, women’s reproductive health. Ms. Morris is a graduate of Yale University and Duke Law School. Ms. Morris clerked for the Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court and before forming Morris and Morris, litigated with Fried Frank in New York.
