I joined the American Lung Association after years of being in the not-for-profit field. What has impressed me the most is how the organization consistently adapts and empowers its employees to be innovative and creative. The Lung Association is a place where employees have the trust and support of the entire organization to bring new ideas to the table in an effort to create a world free of lung disease.

Chelsey Hildenbrand

I am proud to be a member of an organization and team that is at the forefront of public health. In my position at the Lung Association, I have the pleasure of implementing lung health programming in my community and providing Pennsylvanians with access to tobacco control services. I enjoy working alongside passionate professionals, who all have the same goal of improving lung health and preventing lung disease.
