Hi, I'm Beatriz Sarmiento. I am 84 years old. I had emphysema for the past 12 years, and I am also a twice left lung cancer survivor.

I smoked for 53 years, since I was 18, and now I regret it every single day. Even though I have difficulties to many things, I live a life full of happiness with my family. I have two children, which take care of me.

I feel I have a lot to live, and happiness what makes me go thru every day.
