JuliAn Coy

JuliAn is a technology consulting partner with 24 years of start-up, industry, public accounting, technology and private equity experience. Prior to joining RSM in 2017, JuliAn provided growth leadership at a Big4 firm and was an executive with an emerging cloud technologies company.

2024 is the 12th year JuliAn has been named to CRN Magazine’s Women of the Channel list and was recognized this year as a Power 100 solution provider. She was also recognized this year as a CRN Inclusive Leader and Consulting Magazine awarded JuliAn as a Top 25 Consultant for excellence in leadership previously.

Currently providing a woman's voice on the Microsoft practice executive leadership team, JuliAn is actively involved with Culture, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. She is part of RSM’s National CDI Leadership team, one of the cofounding members of the Consulting Women’s Advisory Council and is the executive sponsor of the Northwest and Southwest AACE employee network groups.

JuliAn volunteers her time with her alma mater, the University of Washington, serving as a mentor for rising women evaluating technology careers. She provides diverse perspective serving on 3 boards: Microsoft’s Business Applications partner advisory council, Channel Company’s XChange advisory board and before being elected to the National Board, was  serving as Chairman of the Board for the Pacific West region of the American Lung Association.
