My mother has lived with COPD, emphysema and bronchiectasis for two decades.  She also has a co-diagnosis of Parkinson's. During this time, we navigated appropriate treatment and levels of care. As a caregiver, I can speak directly to the stresses of daily and long-term management living with lung disease.

In addition, I've personally lived with allergies and asthma. This is managed, but there are times when it adds a wrinkle to managing my life when exposed to allergies or am experiencing a viral induced flare.
