My name is Leslie and on Mother's Day I was told I had stage 4 lung cancer. I've never thought this would happen to me. I was in the hospital for 21 days and remember very little. It has only been a few months but the doctor told me that if I don't start chemo now, I have less the 6 months to live which was hard to accept. This is the first time reaching out for support because my family is in denial and I feel that I have had no one I can talk to but they are coming around. I will be a warrior until I take my last breath!
