I’m 46 years old and have had asthma all my life. Up until about a year ago I always had mild asthma. I now have moderate to severe asthma. On days when the air quality is above 40 I cannot go outside. I believe my asthma has gotten worse partly because of all the worsening pollution that makes very poor air quality. I take symbicort, spivira, singular, zyrtec and albuteral as needed and I still have shortness of breath and wheezing every day.
